Laos - Savannakhet

I will be going to Laos but Savannakhet, apart from the Casino hotel, I don't really know the place. Any drinking places to recommend?

there's a place they use thai name also called Thong Lo, u can just tell the tuk tuk.

lol the last time i used the land border follow my laos and thai friends, they like never see singapore passport before. i think our sg brothers all go vien.
