More like for beauty 美容 shops. A bunch of them got together to launch a petition a few days ago was reported in chinese newspaper. But also know many black shops operate as 美容 facial which is as bad if not worse than tuina or massage!

I doubt it. The government should be waiting for the virus to die down further before reopening bubble tea stores.

Two main reasons Im guessing:
(1) Limit the flow of people around
(2) Health considerations. Given that bubble tea is considered the "unhealthy" segment of drinks, govt is trying to limit such consumption.

For those "legit" spas or MPs with a sizable number of MLs whom are predominantly PRCs/Viets, are they still going be able to work in same location after CB phase 2 or 3?

Just wondering if these places will have enough MLs to sooth the aching "muscles" from cheongsters pent up after months of WFH.
