Urgent Help me pls: Is this STD/STI/HIV/PENILE CANCER ? It’s been 9 days

Hi Everyone and Dr Tan,

Last week Saturday 07/12/2019 I had protected condom sex and blowjob from an FL for 60mins 2 times. No kissing, licking, frenching, painting was involved as I emphasis hygiene to her. I ask her if she has any sex disease, sickness or cuts, she says no, next she sucked my nipple and I suck her boobs in return. Currently, the symptoms I felt was appearance of my penis fluid was clear transparent like water, my foreskin was red, looks like raw meat dark red color, no pus, no white discharge no sores, no blisters, no ulcers, just that the penis feels wet always, the sensation is like someone pour prickly heat cooling powder on my penis, the feeling my penis felt mint cold icy kind of sensation, not sure was that the burning sensation which everyone refers. The appearance of my penis does look wrinkled like its being abused many times the outlook. It looks rough.

I had enclosed the images below how my penis current state looks like after 9 days, I hope someone would be able to advise me if I should arrange for a checkup quickly or wait till a month to check and roughly what was this on my penis? I am extremely worried and currently clearing my personal leave which was why I could find time booking FL. Meanwhile, I did not tell my partner yet as I am in a very confusing dilemma state not knowing what should I do and having anxiety not able to sleep properly the whole of last week and yesterday, being paranoid and panicked thinking what it could be as I was waiting for the mint cool feeling of my penis to go away but till 1 week past it's still here. Even while I am urinating I don't feel any pain, just that after urinating, it had a mint cold sensation and this sensation keeps staying there and never goes away.

Do you think I should be tested for std or HIV too or both at the same time?

Hope experience users able to share your thoughts and thank you for reading. All advice would be appreciated as I feel alone in this battle.

Looking at the images I don't see anything wrong with your penis. It could be a bit sore but that would be from all the sex you're having.

If everything was protected chances of catching anything are low but since you're in a state of anxiety why don't you just go to the doctor for a professional diagnosis to allay your fears and calm yourself down.

Nobody in this forum can guarantee that you have not caught anything but I can say that it is very unlikely based upon the description of your encounter.

I just came out from my afternoon shower, can anyone advise what cream can I buy from local shop or online as I really want to get rid of this little dot, every day I am looking at it for 9 days already, still not gone this tiny dots, it is driving me insane, keep thinking what is this? I also don't dare to touch as I don't wish to aggravate it. All advice would be appreciated as I feel so helpless currently.

It's very hard to tell just from a photo. If you had protection throughout the process it's hard for me to imagine that you have caught herpes as this would require skin to skin contact and the area where the rash is occurring should have been covered throughout.

However it is still possible to catch herpes even with a condom but then it would have been transmitted at the base of the shaft which is not covered rather than so close to the glans.

However all that I say here is speculation and the only way of knowing is to get diagnosed via a proper testing protocol.

You don't have to wait till Friday you can see your GP or get an appointment with Dr Tan. It might cost a bit more but you can't put a dollar value on peace of mind.

The testing is all done at centralised labs so it does not make any difference where you go to draw blood for the tests.

What you are paying for is personalised and speedy service.

If you see Dr Tan he and his team will be able to spend more time explaining things. DSC is more of a production line but having said that there are some very good nurses/doctors at DSC too the difference is that you have to wait till Friday.

If you want to know what the charges are go to the website concerned.

I am 99.999999% sure you did not catch HIV from your encounter. Other STDs are always possible but it is also possible to catch nasties from your girlfriend especially if the sex is unprotected.

Get tested asap nothing else counts other than the test results.

Thanks for the advice provided, I will google and see what information I would be able to find from the webpage regards to the charges. Also, I am preparing for the worst scenario suppose the diagnosis was STD. I just have to face the consequences of being unfaithful. Your words had relief me tremendously knowing it was not HIV, therefore I would only get myself tested for all STD right, as for HIV can I skip or should I proceed too? Sorry I kept asking advice as I am very brand new in this area. I seldom go for screening unless I felt something unusual happened to my body which is in this case.

In my opinion you can skip HIV testing unless you have some reason to suspect that someone you had unprotected sex with could possibly be HIV positive.

Actually I did not have sex with my partner for many months as she was away working in Overseas. I have been controlling my urge for quite a while and only PCC, but while I was clearing my personal leave, I was horny and decided to book the FL at GL at 07/12/2019. She placed a condom on me and we had our 2 sessions and I remember ejaculate inside the condom the first session. The first was making love and second end it with a capped blowjob covered. I don't think there is an issue with your penis at all.

I undergo circumcision recently, and mine looks like shit compared to yours.

If you're anxious - go polyclinic and get a referral to urologist specialist lor.

Or go to private clinics if you want more 'privacy.'
