In Thailand- yes they will know. It is a common enough Thai produced product, not unusual to sell for a chemist. Probably common in tourist areas.

No reason to buy on the street unless saving $2-$10SGD depending on amount is really your goal. It is professionally made in Thailand so why buy on the street?

Personally Viagra gives headaches, last shorter & is more complicates to take around food.

Super Kamagra has worse sides & less effect than simply take your own 2.5-7.5mg cialis (also easy to get) & have 2-3 beers if you have PE issues.

Dapoxitene doesn't make any difference beyond that.
