Cheapest Way to get a new hp line

I wanted a line to connect to wechat, not comfortable to use my personal line for it.

There are some thread on unregistered ones at $60 per line. Is that real? or scam? I do not mind taking a registered line via prepaid card or something. Just exploring the options and cost.

dear TS, is pre-registered sim card (registered not under your name), not unregistered sim ( will be terminated in 3 days time if activated).
Anyway i got a few spare pre-registered sim on hand to let go. Those braddars who got from me few years back should know i m a legit seller.

ps: will not bring in anymore sim cards once i cleared existing sim cards.

I did not know it's at such price and we could register up to 3 lines.

Not looking at dark side but just do not want to mix up my personal life with flings.
