Open letter to health minster

An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:

Dear Minister Gan

There is far too many medical doctors from under-developed countries in our hospitals.

I have personally encountered 7 of them incl. polyclinic, SGH & CGH. I was thoroughly disappointed with their ability & competence; not to mention that I had to pay specialist fees to see them!

I wonder what scheme do we have to flilter out the unqualified or the incompetent doctors before thay be allowed to practise. There is a system in the legal industry but I am not aware of one for te medical industry.

Please advise or do something about it before more Singaporeans get mis-dianogsed or mis-treated.
