The incident took place on Jun 26, at about 2.40pm.

A video uploaded by SG Share on Facebook shows the employee washing her mop in the stall's sink.

According to a netizen by the name of Thomas who sent in the video, the employee had apparently been mopping the floor and washing food in the sink earlier.
