Watery sperm

Last time, my sperm is the white and sticky type but now its more like clearer and more watery. I suspect is that i have low sperm supply, any bros here know how to treat this problem? Such as what to eat?

There is also an old wife tale that too much sex will cause the kidney to be weaken as the 'vital' energy(yang qi) is be used up too fast. Nowadays i have backaches in my lower back and have protein in my urine. Protein in urine is cause by weak kidney.

Any bros out there who can advise me?Is there anything i can do to solve this problem? Many thanks!

If you really want a psychological peace of mind, I'd suggest you lay off any form of activity involving your dick for a couple of days. However, fresh fruit juice and vegetables are good for your body and dick too....

I would suggest a visit to the doctor coz any signs given out by the body has it's reason and "Prevention is better than Cure".

Too much sex will cause your sperm to be little, not watery. That's how wifes and Gfs check on their partners.

best advice is rest. I remember the time i bonk 5 times in a row, my sperm got so watery but i took a good rest and never do anything to my dick for at least 5 days and the next time i bonk,it went back to normal liaoz.

Eat tons of protein food i guess and rest if you wanna be on the safe side and not try funny medicine
