Child out of wedlock question
An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
From my understanding a married man in Singapore cannot legally father a child with another woman other than his wife....ie birth cert of illegitimate child cannot bear the father's name. Is this correct? So birth cert of child the father's column will have to leave blank and child's surname to follow mother's? Some countries like Thailand not have such restrictions.
