Everything was consensual. There we had a threesome.
4 days later, she messaged me saying she needs some help. Her husband beat her. She needs to go to the hospital but no money. So out of goodwill, I transferred $50 to her. 1 week later, my guy friend transferred another $20 to the other girl as a loan. 3 weeks later, M started to messag me with threatening messages such as "What if she tell my family about us?" And she messaged me to call her during intervals of 2 minutes to 5 minutes as though there was someone guiding her or giving her instructions on what to do? I replied graciously that I was busy, so please stop contacting me at night. She became more aggressive and messaged me "I want to speak to your wife, I want to tell her you fuck me for free!" There and then I knew what she wanted. I was being extorted! I replied her, "what do you mean for free? Did you name a price beforehand? Don't threaten me. If you are in need of money, let me know and I'll see if I can help. By threatening me, I'll definitely not help at all!" Because I refused to give in to her request and also I stopped answering her call and replying her messages, I heard from my female friend she went to make a report to the police that we raped her. She lied to the police that we spiked her drink and we locked her in and don't allow her to leave. We did nothing as such. That night, we even shared cups and exchanged drinks. But it has already been a week but we were still not called up.

Just be calm and recount whatever happened to the police and nothing should happened.. of cos will be best if your friend (male) still remembers what happened and keep the extortion sms for reference to the police Good luck bro

If u have her msg save and u can counter sue. Her once the police found the truth. But you will be going thru hell. You can pull the MSG record my understanding is telco are able to do so but under a court demand.
I might be wrong so need to check and ask coz last time in NS a few guys I know of went to cheong during a nights off. They have consensual 4 some or gangbang whatever you want to call it. Just one thing for sure is if we give in to the girl extortion, the girl will threaten n extort for more (esp if it is planned with someone behind the scene) bcos she know we r scared now n it will never end, so never give in to such extortion..

It is not about denial. We will just tell the truth about what happen. It is a fact that we did not rape her. Her statement to the police was also inconsistent, she did not mention about the bank transfer of $50 until my female friend mentioned it. Now the police are getting suspicious of her. We can do nothing except to wait till they call us up for statement. It is just the mental torture waiting for days to pass by. *cross fingers*
I also wonder when the case is closed proven we are innocent and that she is lying, can we counter sue her? And what will she get for lying and trying to slander us? Previously I did have a friend who had a similar case and the police found out that the lady was lying. In the end, she was just let off with a warning!  It's not fair to us guys!
