sounds like Genital Herpes to me. Soon those areas will develop into blisters and result in lesions. Get treatment to let the lesions heal up faster.
If it doesn't develop into blisters, well, it might be something else. Go see a doctor for a peace of mind!

Well, I've personally encountered this problem for ie. a swollen, elongated foreskin and red,itchyness which won't go away(at least for the first 4-5hrs after I woke up frm the previous night which I had a session with a girl)
I went to see a doc almost immediately. I showed it to him and he said it was no big deal. Just applied some anti-fungal cream and the swell and itchyness died off within the same day. But there was another oral supplement which the doctor gave me. Probably some Vitamin E booster or something. Best bet is to go see a doctor, of course. No big deal, bro!  Good luck!

Go see doctor. That's the best advice.
Want to try something else first because you are embarassed? Then use Salt water. Yes. Salt Water. After you shower, pull your foreskin back and dip your penis in salt water for 4 minutes. (1 part salt 2 parts water) If that doesn't work after three days, go see doctor immediately! This is no joking matter. Do you want to be embarassed in front of doctor or lose your cock?
