Quite a sad thing to say, with AV intense raidings . It will only get worse with them engaging the help of public eyes. Cannot be lah. Sometimes they don't act because where got so much time ! Whether catch 500 or 50,000 = same salary and needs to write reports some more

You could be right on this. The reporters who acted like customers managed to talk to these Ah Guans and find out that they would go to CT81 or nearby hotels for you-know-what-services.

How to get CASE accreditation ? You mean CASE ppl will go to spa/TN/HC to "try out" the services first before giving credit ?

May be, it is just like the license, pay to get Case endoresment before you pay again to get a new and renewal of license.
