Sorry to burst your bubble.... although Viagra / Cialis etc are not in the schedule of controlled drugs but their ingredients of Sildenalfil / Tadalafil are controlled drugs under the Poisons Act. Either way they can whack you any whichever way they want if they wish to be nasty.

Best strategy is to plead ignorance and throw away those pills in their presence.... most get away with just a warning and no further action unless you were a repeat offender.

Dun be so stupid to challenge them or insist on your rights..... that is the surest way to make them go by the book and proceed to charge you.

Last I checked with a Custom officer. They advised to bring along a Prescribtion or Doctor memo. However they would usually let it go if it is for personal consumption. They are more concerned with prohibited drugs. Anyway you can always find answer here https://www.hsa.gov.sg/personal-medication
