How much should I be budgeting for 1bed 1bath condo rental in BKK?
My company was offering 10K rental stipend in my first year but I don't mind topping up another 10-15K for more convenience and QOL.

10k rental is enough for a basic 1 bedder in a not prime code location. If you top up 10k to total 20k, you can pick from better areas. As a reference- i rented a 2 bed unit for 28k in on nut area a year ago.
