HIV amongst local Freelance

I had a session last week with one of the freelance (not under OKT) and noticed that she had some rashes on her lower back and groin area. she told me its rashes.

proceeded to receive bbbj and sex with condom on. Condom did not break. we had some frenching also.

anyone got any experience with local FLs from sammyboy?

based on my description of the incident, how high is my risk of contracting any thing from her?

1 week after the encounter, i had post nasal dripping which made me throat a little sore, mild fever at 37.8, and a few swollen lymph node.

HIV - low risk.

Other nasties - medium to high risk depending upon a variety of factors.

HPV and HSV can be transmitted via unprotected oral sex. So too can Hep B and Gonorrhea.

I used to do screening of FLs at DSC. (no it's not as fun as you might imagine)

The last time we had a HIV +ve case was yonks ago. More than 10 years if I'm not wrong.

Gonorrhea is very common place. Extremely common. So is Chlamydia.

Syphilis is rare.

HPV, HSV etc we do not even screen. We just assume they all have it.

I've telling everyone the same thing numerous times in this section.

HPV and HSV infection rates are so high that if whores were barred from working because of these infections, there would be none left to to service the nation.

STIs in Brothels

In some convenience sample studies of sex workers, high rates of herpes have been found.

If Incidence of HIV amongst FLs are low because they practice safe sex with condom. Why is it that they are not protected against Gonorrhea and Chlamydia? Would not condom use prevent infection by these two STDs as well?

I would understand if HPV or HSV is high due to only needing skin to skin contact transmission. However Gonorrhea and Chlamydia requires transmission of fluids. You mean the FLs get infected through BBBJ?
