Re: Most Discreet Hotel
hmm.. i think the most ulu hotel is near town. Turn left at the traffic light at Parklane and go up the hill. You will pass a park of some sort and then reach a hotel at the end of the road. Its quite a romantic place IMO and not many people know of the place. I duno about the charges. The Parklane i mentioned was the one where it used to have a lot of billiard saloons.

Re: Most Discreet Hotel
totally agree, asphodel is along race course road just opposite the old mee toh primary school, used to frequent that place before my prc girl went back, registration is fast especially if you are served by the friendly chinese uncle, parking lots are available along the road. as there are a few HDB blocks nearby even if your car is spotted by people who know you, you can always claim you are visiting a freind as there are a few HDB blocks nearby.

Re: Most Discreet Hotel
There is one in Mayo Street, use to frequent it with my gf, called Mayo Hotel, $30 for 2 Hours, not bad, pretty discreet, just off the main street and opposite Sim Lim Towers, so very much a centralised location and should anybody questions your presences there, it would be a simple excuse to be shopping nearby, also nearby is bugis mrt should u not own a car.
