I had unprotected sex with my gf a few months ago. I realised I have some small white dry skin every morning with a little unpleasant smell. I read up and it could be cause of hygiene factors and when to see my doctor below my job. He say is normal and gave me an anti fungal cream to apply. I applied and went away for awhile but it came back. I went to the doctor again t get the cream and applied but it didn't go away. But when I go back to the doctor he gave me the same cream again. It would come And go so I would like to find out from here Where I could visit to get rid of this permanently . anyone encountered the same problems?

Are you circumcised? If you aren't then do it. You won't look back.

it could be a combo of fungal infection and eczema
while eczema doesnt give u unpleasant smell, fungal infection does.

beside those anti-fungal cream, you could also try using anti fungal powder.

It was smegma during my army days that hatched my decision to get circumcised. Imagine what happens after 3 days without a bath.

Went to see the doc and appointment was made for the next day. No fancy lasers in those days just a good scalpel plus some local anesthesia.

Procedure started at 1 pm and was back in the office by 4 pm for a meeting. 3 weeks later everything looked good. Was back in action after a month.

My dick has been as clean as a whistle ever since.

Smegma is not going to go away. Get yourself circumcised and all your issues are gone for good.

Boss you mean you didn't had to prop up that region with a stick as the circumcise area would still be raw and sensitive..i remember when i was a kid and a few of my malay buddies coming of age went for their "sungat"...it was hilarious watching them walk round with the stick propping up the sarong they were wearing..

It's no different from falling off a bike and grazing your knees and having to put on your trousers which cover the wound.

It was a bit sore and tender for a week but I could walk around normally and as far as I know nobody noticed anything different.

A month or so later and everything was as good as new.

It's not major surgery it's only skin deep. (pun intended). It's blown out proportion because it involves the genitals.
