5 yrs ago I encountered 2 PRC ladies beg for $ at Yishun Central. They even offer themselves as kept women. I had posted this here. This is not new. I guess the happening is at HDB market places.

Why these foreign women choose this red dot? Because many people here r kind. My friends. Is up to u. Give or tell them sorry, no $. But if members offer $ for sex. Careful. These places are not RLD. Is a crime.

Mine advice is give them $2 and walk away.

Why must even give them $2 and reward them with $2?

$2 is also hard earned money. And is better given to any Ah gong or ah Ma level cleaner at any coffeeshop or hawker center.
