ahhh ,, i been having too much sex
no mood to exercise! i rather fk than to run! any bros here can share some tips

Exercises can keep you fit.
If you're fit, you're more likely to perform well in bed. Teaching you to skip/excuse IPPT can put you in trouble if SAF sees through your trick.

teach u some tricks hor
1st step : take a hammer . 2nd step : take off your shoes 3rd step : whack your both legs 4th step : go to hospital 5th step : tell doctor u have ippt 6th step : doctor will issue u mc and u can skip ippt liao .. 7th step : repeat the above 6 steps for future upcoming IPPT until u reach ur age limit and no more ippt...

dont know whether u guys heard of this method before.
go and see a orthopaedic speciallist and complain about back problem. u need to visit alot of time , every time u visit , a report will be written. dont know after how many time , the specialist will recommend u for downgrade total cost i think about 5000 dollars

best is to "keng"migrane...keep seeing doctor, he will give you some pills and MC...keep going to see doctor for migrane for MC...migrane got no cure!

Ts how abt teach u a method, go to those illegal doctor and cut out one of ur kidney and then sell it and then later go hospital or watever to report u got only kidney sure downgrade to pes E. Like that can Siam ippt, RT, reserve....etc still got vitamin M to go FL and etc...

Before 2005, still got loophole to escape. But how SAF make it that its your duty to complete your IPPT otherwise it is chargable.
The only way out is to be minister's son. Sure got loophole or they create one esp for you...
