Gl lorong 16 - 19 there, bright star hotel. 1 hr 20 with 10 deposit, 4 hr 40 with 10 deposit, if I rmb correctly. Evening usually full, afternoons usually empty

technically you could stay in even St Regis or "insert name here" hotel for even 10 minutes after check in time - they dont give a shit after you paid them for the room.........
so yeah any hotel above 3 star fits your conditions
