Many facts have been whitewashed or not picked up by the media. ISIL was kicked out from the Al Qaeda, who found them too hardcore. The current ISIL apparently from various sources has smooth forearms, which Middle East experts say are unlikely to be local, has very good coordination. They even have drones in one of their recordings! Who are they? Osama mark 2, trained by the CIA? Black ops to meddle in the Middle East again? The only thing that is certain is they are not middle easterners.
