I think it's not so much about how tight, but more about how backed up you are.

Last time I fap 1-3 times a day, when fuck always take >30min to cum. Have to pound away until I tired, and the FL dulan.

I don't know lah. It could be a multitude of problems. 20+ masturbate 1-3 times is normal. Ejactculating within 3mins could be a psychological issue. Maybe need to relax. Coz the libido is still high. Pass 40 is a different story
