I think if it is a private party then there is nothing to be afraid of. Unless there is money involved and the organiser pockets a portion of it. That itself is pimping and we will be talking a possible jail term just because of that.

That is why the question for that event lies on whether did the organiser pocket any of the entrance fee or not. If it is just to cover the costs of renting the venue and things like food n drinks, then I guess it should be somewhat legal. But still, it may be difficult to prove if they are out to kill.

Even if it is legal, some citizens will still create unrest. For instance, prostitution is legal in sg yet how many tolerated it? As long as this generation behaves like that, even playboy mag will always be banned.

Nobody is really prude they just pretend to be in public. Singaporeans are the biggest bunch of hypocrites on the face of this earth.
