liv won and 3 points...after gerrard came in around 60mins...andy carrol had a good game...gerrard floated high balls for carrol...well vintage liverpool performance for last 30 mins...

Well done Liverpool . Thanks to CB who scored twice and welcome back SG with a goal from. him. AC did slightly better in the 2nd half when SG came on. But still felt that he needs to create more chances for himself rather that wait for the ball to be fed to him. Great way to end the year.

Happy for Bellars and for us. Such a funny game - the freekick can also go in but against bottom teams, it will probably hit Carroll and bounce out.

Our best attackers now sans Suarez seem to be the oldies. Time machine pls to put them back 5 years each?

to sum it up...what a difference our beloved #8 made when he came on...game changer...pure class...really hope the reds' physios & docs can keep Stevie G fit becoz it is clear that he is massive...Bellamy was excellent as well wif that brace...but i wld also like to single out Skrtel...man's a beast of a CB now n his brilliant save off Ba's shot which must hv been a goal was priceless...Enrique, Glen, Daniel n Jay all played well too...n as for Andy wif Stevie back together wif Suarez think the goals sld finally come for him...yet another woodwork job...cant believe it maybe some voodoo spell...anyways all in v happy build up to the new year...now if chelsea, arsenal n spurs all drop points that wld make for a great start to the new year...bring on Citeh n happy new year to one n all!!
