1. A localized bussiness. The okt/pimp got a few girls, and only those girls, serving a specific radius of area only. Okt often knows the girls specifically. I believe some even do 'quality checks' on the girls

2. A bigger/global enterprise, which kinda like a drug kartel. There is a provider/operator who managed the girls, and the okts act as 'sales man/woman'. This type caters globally across a lot of areas. In 1 website you can see girls in KL, subang, melaka, johor, penang, etc. For example, you found mr. A's website, and order the girl through him. He relayed that order to the operator, and the operator to the girl. He get comissions (and that's why they sometimes get angry when customer cancels, cos they lost their comission) Almost always, the okt never met the girl.

Back to my story. I was disappointed 2 times, iirc, by 3-4 okts. 2x disappointed after going to the hotel, canceled, and got scolded, 1-2x the communication just stopped by the okt. Then i found this one okt, klfreelancegirl.com. The okt was very helpful and good in communication. He didn't mind explaining to the tiny bits.
