As what is mentioned by RC is that no all are for SALE....There are some even FOC then how you say??? Is the chemistry...no like you then sky high... like you free also no problem....and there are some that dun sell....

1) selective, i.e. sell to certain few
2) totally dun go
3) go when find the rite one.. and stick to same partner
