thai baht rate update

Today at 1.30pm. rate 24.10 at moneychanger in front of Ming's Express in GM

I just received the reservation request from Siam Beverly Hotel. I'm shocked to see they state their exchange rate is (1 SGD = 24.31 BAHT) 100 BAHT = 4.11 SGD.

Unless you are at GM, then change at GM. Otherwise, I don't really see a need to really go there and change money. In bkk also can. To get the extra 100-200baht, also need to take transport there to GM, unless you stay above GM.

Just withdrew $ from atm in Thailand, checked my account and realised the rate is actually 24.49baht to S$1.

If you are new to BKK, always remember to change your SGD for BHT @ BKK Airport itself. It's so...so....much cheaper.
