True, stables that acquire a bad name - thru cheating customers, bad service attitude, fake photo/stats - can just re-open with new name, no one will be the wiser. At first. But i believe lousy stable bosses are just like lousy customers ... the pattern won't change and eventually come out again.

Why nasty FR does not affect their biz much? Simple - i think majority of bros don't analyse FR. Spur of the moment feel like want to release, just text a few and see what's available.
