yes, strapless/spaghetti strap 1 piece dress without underwear is the best for outdoor.

for myself, I also keep a loose bermuda to change into, easier pull down or wear back quickly, try to get one with zipped pocket to keep your condom or car key safe.

If she worried of being seen, then blindfold her as well, but you must be comfortable of being seen by peeper and dont freak out. Anyway if the peeper cannot see my girl's face, I wouldn't mind if just watch outside car
