HCMC hair salons, cafes fined for sexual arousal

Ho Chi Minh City’s District 7 Police have fined 18 hair salons and three cafes for allegedly “arousing sexual interest.”

The district police said a recent inspection found none of the 18 hairdressing shops had any hairdressing tools, such as hair clippers and scissors. They only had beds for customers to enjoy massages and sexual arousal, according to police.

Police said they found other indications the main business of the three cafes, which were dimly lit, was to arouse customers’ sexual interest.

The band is really great. Well I guess the usual rules apply for the PR game. Those who have no time better not waste their time and money on PRs.

I realise if a Viet girl likes you (genuinely or agenda wise) she'll not be so calculative with you. Those who don't like you even if you offer a bit more she'll give excuses and such to turn down your offer. I'm speaking in general of course but if you're offering an insane amount like US$500 for overnight. Which girl won't take up the offer?
