hi brothers.

i got got cut yesterday n now resting at home. it was a fast and swift ops under general anatesia..report at 0745 , left hospital at 2.30pm after a try of peeing + milo and biscuit

didnt feel much pain till now..but this morning had erection, a bit of burn sensation. finally seen the forehead/tip..very sensative and delicate..i had a bandage covered over the forehead and the bandage is bloody. when peeing, the unrine lind of soak the bandage, bo bian leh, cannot aviod. - is it possible to aviod? or its ok to be wet on the bandage?

doc says take away bandage myself on the 2nd days after ops.

i m afraid of the foreskin infectious, hopefully will not happen...anyone has good advise to aviod? i have a question, doc say need to use saline solution when removing bandage...and use the solution to wash/clean the head...any one had similar experience before??

i was inspired by ur email and your topic and content is very useful. i have cut yesterday at NUH. and now forhead bandage...

yes, i had same prob as urine soked the bandage... doc ask me to remove 2nd day (tomolo) my self with saline water..feel warke=ward as urine soaked the bandage like very dirty.

i like to ask more on the dipping the penis in the salt water? whats the purpose? cleaning and killed germs?

anything more to watch out for next few days?

i feel awakaward.. as didi is very sensative

Don't panic bro. The bandage on my didi became soaked in urine when I peed the night after my op. The next day the bandage just fell off while I was peeing in the morning. And I saw the wound for the first time - which can be a little bit shocking 'cos you are not used to seeing the head exposed and all the stitches and stuff. But you'll get used to it.

The saline solution - mixing salt with warm water in a basin - helps to keep the wound clean. Because my dickhead was so sensitive, I just dipped it in the basin of water and kind of swirled it around. The first moment of contact with water is always a bit unpleasant but once the head is submerged, it's not too bad.

The super sensitivity lasted for about a week but I could feel my didi getting less sensitive day-by-day. For the first few days i just walked around my home naked. (I live alone so no probs there.) By the fifth day at home I was getting stir crazy so I experimented with wearing a pair of boxer briefs. The elastic boxer briefs held my dick gently in one place so that it didn't bounce around. I had to carefully position the cloth against my didi but after the initial 'shock' of contact, it wasn't so bad.

After I returned to work, I continued to bathe my dick in salt water after I peed. I did this by bringing a small plastic beaker (mug or cup) and a packet of salt. I would add salt and water into the beaker and bring it into the cubicle when I peed. I could then wash my dick in private.

(BTW, only my Malay colleague could guess what operation I had because of the way I walked!)

Is the discomfort more from

a) the cut itself (stiches etc)

or

b) the exposure of the sensitive head....

Whole thing under 250, if you willing to book thru Polyclinic and wait. They give you appointment with GH. Polyclinic fee was only about $10...

i been reading from start til now.. its seems like some of u circumcise in some polyclinic..

so may i ask is.. so does all the polyclinic can circumcise? n also is it immediately circumcise after go register?

i plan to snip it ASAP

Guys please do consider before going for circumcision. I too had phimosis and it hurt whenever i had sex without a condom. with a condom its fine but stil a little unconfortable. (you guys would know yea?)

anyways i couldnt spare a week or 2 because of my job to go for an operation. so i looked online and decided to try stretching instead. after about 2 weeks of disciplined stretching (during showers) i was able to pull the foreskin back over about half the head. on the third week i was almost able to pull it back all the way.. so finally about a month or so i can easily pull it back to wash or have sex without a condom and feel okay.

it works and i urge you guys to do that before resorting to operations.

stretch your phimosis yourself for few hours everyday by steaming then pull back and stay like that or vice versa...also expose the cock head inside underwear for few hours everyday...the phimosis will dissappear after 2 weeks...your frenulum will also be stretched...i tried it successfully and now can fully retract without hourglass-like cock, no need to go for circumcision...
