Im here to share my on-going healing experiences.

First of all, i did it the knife+local anesthesia way. (250 dollars).
On the operation day, damn nervous..
and kind funny coz i was the only chinese guy waiting for my turn at the malay clinic at that time and there is like some baby and child before me and i'm like the big child there, can feel the looks in they parents' eyes saying "you're late bro. should have done it sooner".

So It's finally my turn. Stripped pants and inspect by doc like a slave, then lied down on the operation table.
First thing is doc will give you injection around your cock (5-6 injections :O).
Doc say got to inject around the cock one circle.
of which half of them are really painful. (feel almost like into ur dickhead).
After that is done, all is good coz no feelings already, fully numbed.
During the cutting, I dare not look up at my cock at all, and it's actually scary
despite having no pain, because I can feel liquid flowing and dripping down all over my balls and butt. I not sure whether it's my BLOOD or it's disinfectant. And the malay doc and his male malay assistant is at all times casually chatting and talking cock among themselves. With some malay stuffs on the radio as background music. I looked up at the ceiling almost imagining myself like a injured soldier in iraq who is going to die. And that moment is traumatising LOL.

After all is done, doc wrap dick up with bandage an advised me on some post-operation instructions. Basically Im just supposed to leave it alone for the rest of that day, after that supposed to unwrap it the next day and need to clean (basic soap and water), then apply some cream, and disinfectant. If i'm at home, then no need to wrap it up again, but if have to go out, then wrap it with bandage provided.

During the first 1-2 weeks the worst experience is morning/ mid night errections. I have to hit my own face and inflict pain to take away the horny thoughts. haha.

Fast forward to 2 weeks later.
About the stitches, doc told me they'll drop by themselves during the 2 weeks. and also sometimes even after 2 weeks, some of the stitch will still remain meaning it takes individual different times for them to drop off completely.
(Info : apparently such stitches will 'dissolved' by themselves after few weeks on their own coz your body will detect the foreign matter and will produce some chemicals in that area in your body and the stitch responds to that and .. dissolve.)
HOWEVER, mine totally didn't drop off at all after 2 weeks. So I went back to the doc and he removed it for me for free. (90% my skin was healed already) Seems like my body react differently to the stitch.
I read on the internet that you should not keep the stitch in you for TOO LONG. (eg. like 3-4 weeks) coz it may leaves 'holes' there.
So maybe for bros who are like me, where the stitch like totally still there after 2 weeks, you should probably just go to remove them manually.
Coz by then after a long 2 weeks, you probably get more erections and you wont want the stitch to cause you the pain ...

As of now,
There is an area of mine that is not healed yet, which is the bottom of the dick head there, that part that look like the skin is connect and tie to your dick head bottom there if you know what i'm talking about.
In fact, 2 weeks ago still looks like got pus there. a bit yellowish and slighly swollen. That part like damn hard to heal for me.
So that time I went back and doc told me to just continue clean it and wrap it up with bandage (gave me more disinfectant). and it should healed in another week or so.
But now after 1 week has passed, it's only like healed only 30%. the redness and swollen still there, and quite frankly, it dont look so nice ... part of it look like it's 'corroding'. a bit disgusting.. but pus has reduced already.

Any bro have similar experience about this ???

I think im goner give it another week and see what happens ..

I think I had the same problem as you did regarding the bottom part.
It does take longer to heal. But it will eventually.
I just air it as much as possible.
For example, when I sleep, I put a pillow/bolster under my thighs so that my waist is elevated and my dick falls to my groin instead of my balls, thus allowing the wound to air.
You can try that, it does help a bit.

I wore briefs when I was recovering.. Trying to keep things in place and not let them swing ard but don wear too tight, juz enough to keep things in place =)

I had 1 week of mc after the operation but I still cant walk properly.
Had to take another week of mc.

less than 1 week for me... if ur head wasnt exposed before ur op it will take longer cos of the sensitivity and thr "raw feeling" on the head

Takes a few weeks for the stiches to start coming off. Don't worry about it.

Keep cleaning your wound. Make sure it is clean and dry.
Once the skin heals back, ur erections shouldn't hurt but it will be tight.

Its been about 1 and a half weeks and recovery is progressing.

Just want to ask if its normal for my penis head the have lots of white stuff (looks like dried skin or tissue paper stuck on it).
Are those the glans?
When will it go away or it will always look like that? (Thought it supposed to be fully pinkish)

That's just dried/dead skin.
It'll go away sooner or later.
Had the same problem before, guess it's probably because the head has never been exposed before. Skin of the head was probably moist and been under "protection" for a long time, first time seeing the world and exposed to the elements.

And sooner or later (though probably later), it will lose it's pink shade and look like the rest of the dick (color).
