Re: Chelsea FC - Supporters' Rally
after scoring winning goals for Chelsea's last two games, will Ivanovic repeat the feat again 2nite?? or will he be ran over by Torres??
Though he would be delighted with another two goals like he scored on Wednesday and at Anfield in 2009, Branislav Ivanovic is fully aware his primary responsibility today is stopping Fernando Torres and co. Liverpool's Spanish striker has the same goals total as Chelsea's Serbian defender this season but with the Merseysiders' form picking up in the past two weeks, Ivanovic is expected to be properly tested when he lines up in the Blues defence at 4pm. 'This is one of the biggest games for us this season and we have to forget about our recent wins and be ready to play against Liverpool like a final, because this game can be like a final,' he declares. 'Fernando Torres is one of the best strikers in the league and the number one striker of Liverpool but we cannot only focus on him because they have other guys in attack who are very dangerous. 'We have to be ready for everyone and work like a team because maybe Liverpool are waiting for one big game to change their season. We have to make sure not to give Torres and the others chances to change it against us.' Ivanovic expressed regret after the game against Spartak Moscow midweek that his mistake prevented a clean sheet for Petr Cech, noting that shut-outs build confidence for goalkeepers, but he remains optimistic that Chelsea's attack can out score the opposition should they breech our rearguard. 'Our strikers until now have done a very good job for the team. We score a lot of goals and that has helped us in the defence, and they have to stay on this level. 'Personally I think I can play better. I can improve some parts of my game because in some situations I didn't react in the way I have to react and I need to think about that.' ===================== John Terry and Salomon Kalou are determined to keep our good run going at Anfield on Sunday, but will take nothing for granted against an improving Liverpool side. After a poor start to the campaign, Roy Hodgson's side have shown signs of resurgence with two straight league wins and a victory over Napoli in the Europa League on Thursday evening. The Chelsea men know they will not be in for an easy ride. 'It is going to be more difficult than last season there,' reckons Kalou who started the 2-0 victory at Anfield in May. 'Liverpool it is always hard to go there. Last year was almost the game for the title and it meant a lot. We had to do a job to reach the title. 'This time it will be tough because Liverpool need to win games. They are not in a good position but their confidence is coming back so they are going to make it hard for us. It is going to be one of the difficult games of the season. Terry concurs. 'No doubt they will pick up. Hopefully it's later rather than sooner because Anfield is always a tough place to go to get any result, but we're confident that we're playing well at the moment, and wherever we go and whoever we're playing against, we are confident of winning, and we have to take the game to them,' the captain said. 'We've done well up there recently, it was a massive win there last season obviously with the importance of the game and pressure, and other teams have gone there this season and won so we need to take advantage of that while they're not having a good time and we are, we need to capitalise and pick up the three points. 'If we continue this run until Christmas when the games come thick and fast it proves difficult for the opposition, the teams in second, third or fourth if the gap is getting no closer because of us winning, it gets frustrating, so it is an important couple of months for us.' Kalou has enjoyed some good games at Anfield. Outstanding in our 3-1 Champions League win there two seasons ago, he of course crossed for a famous own goal in the same competition a year earlier. However he has yet to score in the stadium and he is keen to find the net having set himself a target of 20 goals this season. He currently has six. 'I am confident I will reach my target. It is all about good timing and the last game I was close to scoring two goals. Every game has its unpredictability and sometimes you have more chances and you don't score, and sometimes you don't have many chances and you score more goals. I'm sure I will get there.' Chelsea are unbeaten in seven games since that defeat at Eastlands at the end of September, with four straight wins recorded. To make it five would set us up well for an important period. go blues go.........................

rumours indicating Roman is meddling wif the team again.
he was the one choose to sack Ray Wilkins and replace wif Michael Emenalo. if he choose to meddle now and then, it will make the team unsettle. lidat hw we going to chase for title??? hands off the team affairs, let the manager have control.

Ancelotti: We won't rule Europe like that
Chelsea coach Carlo Ancelotti insists his side have no chance of winning the Champions League if they continue to produce the same poor first-half display as they did against MSK Zilina. not only europe, even domestic. must warn the players to wake up the fucking idea. this period of time is going to be critical.

Re: Chelsea FC - Supporters' Rally
EPIC FAILED another half fuck performance. chelsea drew wif everton. the team is in total disarray. cant see any spirit in the high paid players. wif the wages they having, dey shd put up a better performance. all lacking confidence and become shaky. no composure at all. once opponent start pouring in attack from everyway, they simply cant absorb the pressure. no1 is willing to kill the game. dey juz waiting the opponent to come. wat went wrong? wat happen, we are dropping points in this critical period.

Re: Chelsea FC - Supporters' Rally
Chelsea next 3 important fixtures.....
Tottenham Hotspur v Chelsea @ White Hart Lane, 12 Dec 2010 looking at our current form, not at tis time away to Spurs who currently are flying high. wif bale and lennon on the flanks, im afraid our left/right back cant contain them. We must wake up and regain our self confidence to get 3 points or else we might drop 9 points straight. the 2nd fixture... Chelsea v Manchester United @ Stamford Bridge, 19 Dec 2010 3rd fixture... Arsenal v Chelsea @ Emirates Stadium, 27 Dec 2010
