I've seen mongers here and other forums say you can get ST from TF for 1000-1500.
Then there's Soi 6 girls for 800-1000 bf and 1000-2000 st. Decent young, skinny cute girls on Soi 6.

Latest update, Soi 6 (9wish bars) has increased their bar fine for LONG TIME wef 13 Oct 23..
Accordingly to my girl this is the latest price (bros here can correct me if I’m wrong ya).
Fri & Sat before 10pm bar fine increased from $2.5K to $3K baht.
From 10pm to 12am bar fine increased from $1250 to $1500 baht.
From 12am onward bar fine increased from $800K to $100K baht.

You might be able to go in without a bottle or table. You can try pretending that you're meeting some friends and need to find them. I went twice. Once with friends who got a bottle and table and we arrived together. Another time I went in after they were already there and just walked in. No entrance fee or anything so I think you can totally skip the bottle especially since it's too expensive alone.
As for process, there are two ways. 1) you walk around and find girls you like and some will try to grab your attention or you approach them and you can hang out with them where they are 2) you stand at your table hoping some girls pass and try to grab your attention or you try grabbing their attention and you invite them to drink with you
Just don't approach girls if they are already with guys. They are likely spoken for. Nearly all girls there are working girls so don't be afraid to just go up to one you like unless they have someone already.
You start talking with them like you're at a regular bar. You both kinda pretend that you don't know that she's a working lady so there's a bit more of an air of mystery and makes you feel like you've got game and shit. I've walked around, had girls grab me (not too aggressively like at gogo bars or Soi 6) or just try to get my attention and then invite me to drink at THEIR table. It seems working girls come in groups and get discounted drinks so they invest in being able to lure customers.
You can chat with them for a while too. No need to buy them anything. Just flirt, chill, dance, drink their drinks (well don't be greedy about it), go to the bathroom, maybe flirt with another girl, come back, then ask her if she wants to go home with you. At that point she'll quote you.
Pricing for my LT was 6k and she stayed until 7-8am. She likely would have stayed longer if i didn't have an early morning and told her I was leaving soon too. My friends say 6-12k is the range for LT here. Pricing varies based on how desperate they are, if they like you, if they're extremely hot and overvalue themselves, etc. So YMMV. Not sure if any do ST. Maybe not since they are there trying to charm the right customer and they invested in their own drinks so they probably want LT only so they don't have to bother coming back to the club for another customer later.
