A 34 sqm room studio balcony with free wifi at 760+ bahts and is locate at Ratachada Soi 13 after Resort Club and walking distance or take a motorbike taxis to Huay Kwang MRT station (beside Park Residence hotel). The downside is that there is no coffee house/restaurant, so can't order any room service but some food stalls and & 711 outside.

Sadly, Inch and another clubs behind Espanade was closed and the buildings was torn down for another development.
