haha u r sharp!!! she say sell clothes... so i assume boutique... yea maybe it's in the market place.

Most Vnese in the province does nothing all day but to SLEEP, SMOKE and DRINK COFFEE. Because there will always be at least 1 or 2 stupid daughters who slog their life and CB out in the city or overseas to send money back to the province for these useless freaks to use. But if your gal really works, then congrats, at least she is not one of those lazy ones. Their clothing stores in the market starts early and 7am is already quite late roi.

yes she does work back home but the thing is she wan to come here and work! she say need a lot of money(for her father) and wan to buy back her house(sold and now they live with another family) and by working long hours every single day she cannot take it...she's working in a factory now. i can quite assure so bcuz there's one time i called her during her working hours and the background sounds like a factory machine processing something rhythmically...

Wondering if anyone here know estimately the cost for minor house repair/upgrade?
The house is far far away in Can tho province. Very bad conditioned house, the toilet/shower separated at the back of the house.
I just want to help someone, to make a roof extension from main house to toilet.

Any rough estimation appreciated

depends on the material and length. my bro-in-law just did a roof extension for his kitchen, cost around 8 million VND.

Thank you Bro SingViet, 8-10mil VND sounds reasonable.

hmm... thinking about length... make me think why need extension, why not just move it next to the back of the house.

once i ask my wife why her new house kitchen is build in such a way whereby there is no window at the cooking area?must be very hot when cooking cos all the air and smell will be at that corner.She say they are not properly train to build a house,just got wall,staircase,roof,toliet and room can already.they dont have the proper design plan for the interior structure of the house.

but maybe my wife got a cheapo viet engineer lah hahaha

Yes, agree many are like that. But this is what i want to do, she's not asking. She does not care much about her mother. She hates her, she is being raised by her aunty in HCM since 10 years old.
Even after the visit, looking the condition the mother live in, i want to give the mother money, she said no, after arguing, she finally agree on a small amount.
You would not believe the condition of the house, it's in the middle of no where. Trust me, nothing to show off there .
She would not let me to stay over, we only stayed for few hours. If not because the aunty asking her to bring me there, she wont take me there.
