My theory is correct.

The Chelsea players work harder when one of their regulars are not in the team, namely Didier Drogba.

And when Petr Cech is replaced by Hilario, the defenders also seem to work harder. I still feel Alex should be first in the pecking order as far as central defenders are concerned.

Chelsea should have sold Terry to Man City the last time, and let Terry and Bridge fight it out in Eastlands.

Terry's leadership should not be over looked. There's a reason why man City were willing to pay 30 mil and him 25000 pounds a week.

Man city has a talented squad but won't win a thing without strong leadership.

Leadership is something that has been overrated. Even then, there are no short of leaders in the Chelsea squad.

Bridge will agree Terry is a damn good leader.
