Most Asia countries are loosen up their lockdown in phases. I think sg might be same, i guess most ppl will learn to wear mask like in hk or Taiwan in sg. But of course there will be some bad egg. Even if CB lifted, the restriction not lifted. JB side those arrived, citizen or non citizen all have to 14day SHN. Same to SG. so total if u go u have another one month holiday.

JB still not open to foreigners...... currently only Malaysians can enter into JB but not foreigners. Even if you willing to quarantine 14 days..... they will not let you enter.

My neighbour's wife who is from Ipoh decide to return to Malaysia to stay with her elderly parents. My neighbour is Singaporean and so are his 2 kids aged 3 & 5 yrs old.
As the kids are young his wife brought them along when she went back...... but my neighbour received call to go Checkpoint to bring the children back as they are not allowed into Malaysia with their mother as they hold SG passports. Only his wife was allowed to entry.
