By the way, do you know how much is one sms sent from singapore to Vietnam handphone number? Roughly?

sorry...i wouldnt know. I am based in HCMC. However I can tell you it cost roughly $0.40 to sms from HCMC to Singapore.

If gonna spend 15cents per sms, why not call her via M1 prepaid card using 021 at 8cents at off-peak hour, save your $$$.
