Memory is not my strongest suit, but if it served me well, VIP-1 room is located inside (as in entering through the club entrance) and on the same floor of the Colosseum club. People generally say Colosseum when referring to the club, and say 1001 when referring to the whole venue and/or karaoke rooms.

Might be a case of a confused term. If you indeed said "want to book a room at Colosseum 1001", the person at the other end might had thought that you wanted to book that specific inside club room. You can perhaps try to contact them again and just ask for 1001 karaoke room with balcony access. By the way the balcony access is only opened during certain days, the same days the club/lounge area is in operation (not everyday unfortunately).

But I think you don't have abilities to understand, may be its your EGO to think that you are senior.
