Either is fine. Those whom I met mostly preferred transfer, to save the hassle of going to ATM to bank-in cash. I only tried SB and it's very much a hit or miss. You will probably end up spending a lot of time over weeks or months to find a suitable SB. My ex SB told me that there are a lot of scammer sugar dads around too, so it cuts both ways. Adding my 2-cents of sugar dating since 2020.

Sugarbook is total crap. A lot of flakes and scammer and girls with various diseases, including the most common - princess disease.

I tend to stick to Seeking, its not super amazing but miles ahead of sugarbook.
Fewer profiles means fewer scammers and catfish too.
