actually they quite poor thing, every joint also follows the 20/80 rule. meaning 80% of profits is by 20% of staff, so the rest of the 80% actually so so only. got shpw, got to rent costume, pay dancers and high targets to meet. some even forced to pay ridculous price for a bed space like 600 - 800 even if they dont want to stay there.
end month boss always got excuse to cut this cut that. eg... 10k, maybe get back 5k.
if your friend is ok, at least pay for the beer or hang some flowers back. they got table targets if not they will need to hang flowers back to them selves or buy bottles. normally in the region of 300 to 500. so some gers lang lang. end up lose money.

2 years ago my endowment insurance policy matured and the money I received is less than my total premium paid and the insurance company told me that economy is no good so I received much less than projected.
Nowaday I prefer to hang flower than to let all these investment companies control & con my money.
I rather hang $500 or $1000 to the HFJ singers than to let these fucking investment companies makan my money.

Its true. I no longer believe all these investments my net losses is even higher than expected.
If I hang say a $1000 banner these HFJ women will look me up a bit and maybe I have better chances in bonking them
