Yes, usually with Estee and Mandy as well, they will always ask u to go for at least 1 hr or better if 1.5 hrs.

However, after I have tried so many times at it, approx 30 times +/-, I realised the JG is only at most 25-30 mins of the whole session while some proper massage occupies the rest of the time.

Since my objective is purely JG and I was going quite often then, I decided to stick to 45 mins and ask them to focus just on JG and the proper massage is good to have if got time. You might want to try this way to save some cost

So far based on what those TCM health materials is stating, it appears JG to be true. Only issue is whether the JG expert has the proper and knowledge to perform it properly. So far from my experiences, I would only say Mandy and Estee is closest to the real thing as compare to others.

I agreed with Bro Cafe, it is not supposed to have any bone cracking sound. For those that have received and read the JG materials that I have sent, you can tell that the massage is more for the "Jin" and pressure points. As a matter of fact, the groin area are all the soft muscle so where come the bone cracking sound ? However, I do know if the "Jin" is very strong and hard, it can make some sound when being twist. But my fear is, in my opinion, this would caused damage then healing.

Even if the JG is perfrom properly, the feeling and outcome is different for each individual and also the person condition.

If one's condition is quite weak and doing JG for the first time, the person may not feel all the effect as described. Only after one's condition is improved through regular treatment then would the effect be more visible.

As previously described by many here, proper JG focus on improving the muscle and blood circulation around your groin areas through massaging your Jin and pressure points and not to stimulate u to release. And there is some routines to go about to massage them.
