A word from the "Trainee TCSS Organiser@11th April 2007

As a "trainee", I might have erred in posting that "newbies r welcome to join us".

Personally I dun really mind who the hell is the other fella who join us. Tis probably due 2 me being a single, do not hv 2much reservations as die die oso die alone.

What I have erred on is din consider the probability of newbie who din post a single post at all. And i have received pm from a few. So i have a dilemma, keep my word or spare some tots on the more established bros who has family and some relationship thingy.

I have a tough balancing act and the end I have selectively sms back the bros tat Pm-ed me. So there may bound 2 be a few dissapointed and furious bros out there. So I will use tis forum to explain my way of doing things n hopefully more newbies may understand. I always tried 2b as thorough as possible in evaluating requests.

1) newbies without Posting
Tis the hardest 2 decide as I have known someone who do not post at all due to certain reasons but still hv a lot 2 share when I have a personal chat wif him.

As with some bros who pm their hp no 2me but which i dun really know at all, I return my handphone no as a courtesy in PM. Either i will query straightly y he did not post or wait his further response. Got response I progress from there if no, meaning mayb not sincere enuff 2 join.

For tis catergory I'll put it on my personal one-2-one session, if he willing oso.

2) newbies with posting.
I'm not looking at reputation pts off hand but it comes in handy in some stages. Foremost I'll check all ye post u made n some responses,if any, made by other bros in relation 2 ye posts.And i do read all ye past posts Here is the subjective part, i admit. If I deem from ye post ye hv tried to make a honest and efforted contribution even if ye reputation pts not high, i will sms u. Everything has a calculated risk.

That's me way. Every reasoning has a flaw, if u reason from other angles.

P/s. Newbies and all the taikors alike, welcome 2 comment, all constructive criticism is greatly accepted.

This is not the first time we organise TCSS in JB. Everytime, a lot of people will said "yeah, count me in", "I will cum" and etc. But end of the day, batang hidung pun tak nampak.

We welcome other members who share the same hobby and interest but must be genuine lah. We don know each other and the only way to find out more about who you are is via the posting you had contributed. If no contribution, how we know who you are, right or not.

Just my 2 cent view.

If abt the "no show" symptom, I won't feel bad one.

My way: Post TCSS date. PM me. Valuation. Sms out. U come no come then I dun hiu or muay chap.

I only feel bad posting some welcoming of newbies but at the end even wif valid reasons has 2 exclude them. But u no worry..... i oledi anticipate fun 4 29. nothing will damper me one when come 2 cheong.

It bounds to have some missing out the last minutes but as it goes, the group will eventually grow bigger and more consistent, especially if those who are regularly meeting up shared common interest or cheong place. JB used to have very active activites but that was during the glory of LSBs that is difficult to compare now. Keep it up
