Depends on individual. If you have ED, ask the doctor for advice. Your heart/health condition will determine how often you can use it.

If you don't have ED and you are just using it for booster effect, what I will consider as abuse will be when you are so reliant on ED pills that you can no longer perform without ED pills. Some guys are so addicted to the superhard effect that normal hard is no longer satisfactory for themselves. Then that is an issue.

I switch to this because its cheaper after trying out 50mg and 100mg viagra which cost me about $50 for 4 tablets.

And do you guys just swallow the entire pill or chew on it to maximise the effectiveness?

Anyway, the side effects I had was slight difficulty in breathing and maybe slight discomfort in the chest area.

I usually try not to consume any food before or after taking the pill so that I can keep my stomach as empty as possible to minimise any possible side effects as well.

I've been using VigRed for a few months now, I usually take half or one pill, so far so good, it gives me a hard erection most times.

Today. I tried Blisswater Delay Spray for the first time, I was careful not to apply too much since this is my first time.

These are what I did:

1) About 1.5 hours before action, sprayed one time to the left of my dick head and use my hand to transfer some of the liquid to the right side. Feel some numbness but not too bad.
2) Took half a pill of VigRed 30 mins before action.

I wasn't able to get an erection at all, so frustrating.

Does anyone here has similar experience using Blisswater Delay spray?

Did I do something wrong? Or maybe wrong sequence?

Please advise. Thanks.

I want to know, are there no harmful effects if you use it for long time ?

At most I only use twice a week, mostly once a week, no problem for me so far.
You may need to do some research if you are taking other medications too.

Oh iya ,you right . maybe different medication have different effects and reactions too.
