I have told ah seng and other okts in their face before about certain things that they can improve to increase business. Some listen and are now doing better. Some think they know what they are doing, that's also fine. It is up to them to run the business how they want it. BUT nothing wrong with well-meaning customers making suggestions. If I am a businessman, got free suggestions from my customers on how to increase my business, why not?

Everyone would have some expectations if they read an FR that praise the girl or the house to the SKY.
