Depends bro, Your marriage civil or Syariah court?

Syariah court no need lawyers if you can settle between on your own, lawyer fees for the entire process can be around 2.5 to 4k. entire process can take anywhere between 3 months to years if you willing to drop "talak" which is some religious thing.

Civil is quicker, but your need to read your terms and conditions. Fees are all over the place depending on lawyer and how complicated your divorce process is. 4k to $$$ depending bro.

Alot of factors to consider like if you willing to sell or give the flat to your ex or sell it back to HDB if its below 5 years.

Mop not fulfilled? Means hdb takes back everything. Both of you lose everything. Nothing to sell.

I don't think is hdb take back everything. But surrender to hdb is hdb buy back at below market value. Is this correct?

havent mop but the judge says sell the flat, then hdb will allow the flat to be sold. with the court decree you can sell the house, blth get back the cpf they contribute.then split the profit according to what is stated in the court decree.
