Basically, it is a 4 steps process
Step1 - Search for that bro/sis post that you intent to up.
Step2 - Click on the "weighting scale" on the top right of his/her post.
Step3 - A dialoge box will appear. Select "I approve" and key your comment in the comment box. Do include your nick as well.
Step4 - Click "OK" or "Done" and that is it.

Steps to find bro/sis posts
1. Click on the "Search" and "Advance search".
2. A form will appear. Type the bro/sis's nick on the "User Name" box.
3. Check the box next to "Posts" under "Show result as".
A list of the bro/sis posts will appear. Select the latest post and also that post must be less than 48 hours old.
