the atm in 天虹 belong to Bank Of Construction. Limit 2.5rmb
most china bank atms limit is 2.5rmb

Hang Seng Bank (HK Bank) withdrawal limit is 3.0rmb

I'm not very sure about the citi rate.. but when i use posb to withdraw, even when i add in the $5, i still fiind the rates better then u change cash in china..

but CASH KING say Citibank atm card dun have charge..
