Actually I found that there's 2 ends of the stick.

The other side are those MLs that willing to give extra services w/o additional costs. These r very rare, but they really do exists cos I encountered a few in my years of cheonging.
Sadly, I would say almost 90 - 95% are like those u mentioned.
